Yoga : Yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India thousands of years ago. Anyone can practice yoga. The yoga postures stretch and tone the muscles, joints and the spine. They also benefit the internal organs and nerves. Proper yogic breathing helps you to release tension and cleanse the body of toxins.

The yoga classes will held in a purpose-built beautiful wooden floor yoga studio. The view looks onto the emerald waters of the Andaman Sea.

The yoga intensive will give you the space to explore different aspects of your practice and time to allow it to develop as you unwind and relax. The course has space and time for plenty of personal attention and guided tuition.

Ashtanga and Hatha yoga will be the main focus with morning self-practice/led and technical evening yoga class. Hands on adjustments will be an integral part of the program.

Game fishing : Phuket has numerous advantages over other destinations when it comes to big game fishing. The fact that it has yet to come into the international spotlight as a gamefishing venue means that there are plenty of whoppers out there waiting to be caught and the waters of the Andaman Sea provide perfect conditions for many of the best gamefish in the world, such as marlins, queenfish, wahoo and dolphin fish (dorados). Surfing / Kite Surfing : Experience the exhilaration of riding that perfect wave and enjoy the laid back surfing and beach lifestyle at Kata beach, one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches. In this course you will be learning the basics of surfing, ocean awareness, safety precautions, equipment knowledge and handling, paddling and catching waves and our 5 step standing procedure. If you are already able to surf we can give you some pointers and take you on a surfing safari to spots around the island.

Food : Katacove has a personal Thai chef that will be serving healthy Thai/asian meals which will be vegetarian/seafood. They offer healthy, nutritious and delicious food cooked using fresh local produce in order to provide a simple but nurturing and healthy diet throughout your stay.
