Katacove Villa  :

Katacove villa is available for weekly rentals, all year round. There are three villa’s in the private complex, so it is ideal for three couples or six twin share. Live in Thai chef  and maid are included and we can organize your grocery  shopping, transport and activities on the island.

 Available programs :

Katacove offers a private setting for people that want a break from their daily routine. Unlike a commercial resort you will be able to experience your own personal space and choose any activity that suits you. If you want to detoxify with a healthy diet and exercise with yoga and meditation or just relax and take in the action of Phuket, we can arrange this for you.

We have activities that suit individual or group participation. We commonly have couples visit where the woman enjoy yoga, massage, Thai cooking lessons and relaxing by the pool while the men enjoy a round of golf or fishing for marlin.

For those that still need to conduct business while on a break we have internet and fax facilities available. We are happy to cater for all of your needs, feel free to let us know what you require when booking.

Villa Rental prices :

Low season  :  May 1^st – October 31^st                                 =    US$550. per night

High season  :  November 1^st – December 14^th
                        January 15^th – April 30^th                              =    US$800. per night

Peak season  : December 15^th – January 14^th                     =    US$1300. per night

Apartment Rental :

Terms and conditions :

• 25% deposit to secure booking.
• Full payment due 60 days prior to departure date.
• Unsecured bookings will be held for 7 days or until required by other clients. Demand is heavy and it is recommended that bookings are made and deposits paid to avoid disappointment.
• Deposit is non-refundable within 90 days of departure day, but is transferable to another available date, with the consent of KATACOVE.
• Deposit is totally non-refundable within 30 days of departure date.
• Failure to pay balance as specified will result in loss of booking dates & deposit.
• KATACOVE holds no responsibility for death or injuries occurred during your stay.
• KATACOVE holds no responsibility for any loss or cancellation due to weather or natural disasters.
